Every item is carefully tested and packed before shipment. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements for orders shipped internationally.

🕒 Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns requested after 30 days or without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

📦 Return Process

  1. Submit a Request
    Email us at support@drivehud.store with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) supporting photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Our support team will review your request and reply within 24–48 business hours. If approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipment

    • Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment using a standard international courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or your local post).

    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

    • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

  4. Documentation Required
    Include a small note inside the parcel with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Email address

    • Reason for return

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Deductions:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If customs duties or return handling fees are charged during re-entry, those costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the product has been safely received and verified by our warehouse team.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or data reasons:

  • Opened or used electronic products showing physical damage

  • Memory cards, storage devices, or accessories that have been unsealed

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Gifts

If these products are found defective on arrival, please contact us immediately for support within 7 days.

🧰 Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, non-functional, or with missing components:

  1. Contact us at support@drivehud.store within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  3. After verification, we will provide:

    • A replacement unit at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund if replacement is unavailable.

We do not offer returns for issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to international logistics limitations.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

💸 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the standard return policy.

🌐 Customs & Return Duties

When returning an international parcel:

  • Please declare the item as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid import charges on our end.

  • If customs fees or taxes are incurred upon return, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipments returned via “Cash on Delivery (COD)” will not be accepted.
